About Nancy Angelini Crawford
nancy Angelini crawford

Raised in Somerset, Massachusetts,
nancy Angelini crawford, began drawing and painting early in life.  Through drawing replicas of cartoon characters Nancy was accepted to the Famous Artists School.   Moving to Florida in 1978, Nancy met her husband to be and continued to paint light and water.   While there she also worked as a studio assistant to a prominent artist of West Palm Beach.

It was in the spring of 1981 when she and her husband settled in Alaska.  Living the frontier dream, they lived off the land and built a cabin that became their home for four years and started their family.

After residing in Wasilla, Alaska now for nearly 30 years Nancy has re-established herself as an artist.  She is, as always was, enamoured by light and color.  Alaska's beautiful scenery and her past by the sea are the inspiration for most of her work.

Nancy has studied her craft through talented, gifted artists such as Nancy Stonington Taylor, Ron Rencher, Don Andrews,  Jeff Horn, Dodie Ballentine and many more.  In love with Plein aire oil painting when the weather is good, watercolor when in the studio and pastel painting portraits, nancy Angelini crawford can't wait for another day to arrive for another opportunity to do what she and her clients adore.... Capturing the moment and giving thanks to God for light and ability.
